Paul Costa played college football for the University of Notre Dame and spent 8 seasons with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills. He also played 2 seasons in Birmingham, Alabama in the now defunct World Football League.

Upon retirement from professional football, Costa felt the call of God on his life. In 1980, he went into full-time ministry and established a church in his hometown of Port Chester, NY. Paul spent 16 years as a pastor and has traveled nationally and internationally for the past 20 years, as a speaker in churches, conferences, and schools. Dr. Costa has authored several books and publications including End Time Warriors and Power to Get Wealth; he also was the Editor-in-Chief for Antioch Churches and Ministries (ACM). Dr. Costa primarily ministers in the gifts of healing and prophecy, with an Apostolic gift for healing impartation.

Costa has a B.A. Degree in Communications from the University of Notre Dame, and Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Theology from the California Graduate School of Theology. He is also a member of the International Coalition of Apostles (ICA).​

Dr. Costa currently resides in north Texas with his wife, Jan. They have one son, Clark, who is in full-time ministry with his wife, Alexis, in New York City.
